Sorry I haven’t posted in awhile. Life is slowly getting back to normal. Well…my new normal anyway.
Today was the day a year ago I had my biopsy. Shew that’s been one longggg year.
I saw Dr Carlsen a few weeks ago. He’s the doctor at radiation. He released me – do not have to see him anymore.
I saw Dr Arekapudi recently. Numbers are looking good. My Hemoglobin is FINALLY in the low end of normal. Yay me. She scheduled my mammogram for June 15th. Anxiously awaiting for that and the results. I think every cancer survivor longs to hear those words “no evidence of disease” or NED.
My hair is growing back nicely (as you can see from the picture). As curly as it ever was! I still get tired but that’s getting sooo much better.
Hope everyone is doing ok during this pandemic. I’ve been out very little. And yes, I wear a mask!
I’ll close for now and will update again soon. Take care, stay safe and may God Bless each of you.
Love
Renée
So glad to see you looking sooo good. It has been a long year! Who’d have thought when we had lunch that day, that so much would happen to change our personal lives as well as life on this planet Still praying for your health and complete recovery. Love you 😘💕
Amen to that sista!
You are one of my heroes! You have fought like a girl to restore your health and get back to normal. You were blessed with a wonderful support system. You are stronger and more amazing than you ever thought possible. You kicked the big “C.” Continued blessings and good health.
Hoot you go. Up. Prayers and love❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
